Face Map Reading Series: A Practical Guide

What if you could understand your clients and yourself more deeply just by observing the face? Here’s your opportunity to learn with the Face Map Reading series. Study and gain the fundamental tools of Face Reading in clinical and everyday use. Learn to read the face maps, begin selecting acupuncture/acupressure points, how the Five Spirits (Wu Shen) relate to the five elements map of the face. You can use what you see in the clinic for a comprehensible diagnosis.

This is an analysis of the Face Maps used in Face Reading and how to apply it in clinic. These sessions will be taught live with the recordings available for 90 days.

The series is designed to enable you to practically read the Face Maps as outlined by the Chien family lineage & Lillian Bridges. Learn to recognize Jing & age markers. Begin to identify how lines tell the story of emotions and what we can do to help shift them. Enrich your understanding of five element theory by incorporating five organ, & Wu Shen (Five Spirits) principles.

• October 24: Emotions Map/ Decision Making Map

• November 14: Five Elements/Organs Pt I

• November 21: Five Elements/Organs Pt II

• November 28: 9:00am-10:30am Q&A Wrap up

Classes will build on each other, and we will start to layer the maps to understand how to identify markers in our clients from a Face Reading perspective. This class is for practitioners of East Asian Medicine as well as those who are interested in the topic. For those with no TCM/East Asian Medicine background you are welcome to join and be aware there may be some concepts that you may need to get familiar with as we go along in the series (this will be highlighted in class for those who need it). This series will teach you how to read the maps and identify lines and features. You will receive a certificate for completing the series in Face Map Reading.
